Back in Practice at Osteopathic Pain Clinic Dublin

After a year away on maternity leave, I’m delighted to be back in practice at my Osteopathic Pain Clinic in Dublin city centre, welcoming both new and returning patients.

I’ve taken some time to think about what makes my practice special and how I can help my patients most effectively now that I’m back. One theme I’ve been reflecting on is simple: most people who come to see me want to feel more comfortable in their bodies—less pain, more ease, and confidence in their daily movement.

What to Expect in Your Visit

Whether it’s your first visit or your tenth, my approach is always:

  • Listen first → every body (and every pain) has its own story.

  • Evidence-based treatment → grounded in research and best practice, not quick fixes.

  • Practical advice → small, realistic strategies to support you beyond the treatment room.

I aim to combine hands-on care with guidance that helps you manage your body in everyday life, whether that’s at work, at home, or during exercise.

Updates and Insights

Alongside appointments, I’ll be attempting to share more regular updates here and through my newsletter:

  • Clinical reflections → the patterns I see most often in patients and practical advice that helps.

  • Professional learnings → insights from my own ongoing training and professional developments

  • Personal ongoings → a glimpse behind the scenes, keeping healthcare human.

If you’d like to stay connected, you can sign up to my newsletter here. →

Looking forward to getting back to clinic.
